We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items should be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging whenever possible. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and contacting us promptly if there are any issues with your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package. We will carefully review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution. In cases where the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged, Bccwi will cover the return shipping cost.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for reasons such as ordering the wrong product, selecting an incorrect size, changing personal preferences, or no longer wanting the item. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping fees for standard returns unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
To ensure a smooth return process, please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may experience delays in processing because our customer service team must provide return approval and return instructions before an item is shipped back.
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer support team by email at service@bccwi.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation from our customer service team. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address and any additional details needed to process your return.
- Carefully package the item to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using secure packaging and including all original materials whenever possible.
- Ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will assist you with the return process and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
- Once your return package has been delivered, please allow us time to inspect the returned item. After inspection and approval, we will process your refund and notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information when returning an item, as this may help avoid delays or issues if the package is lost during transit. Bccwi is not responsible for returns lost in transit when shipped without tracking.
